AddMason™: additive construction from Sunnyday Technologies
Additive construction means building layer by layer from a digital model, most often in concrete. Sunnyday Technologies LLC uses one short name for its own work in additive construction (AddMason™). The name covers our work only. It is not a general term for the field, and it does not refer to masonry construction.
What we offer today
Additive construction consulting
We help teams plan printable mixes from materials they can buy near their project, then plan the trials and tests that check them. We work by email and video call, so your project can be anywhere in the US. Scope, price and terms are agreed in writing before you pay. Read about consulting.
LOGiMIX local mix reports
A LOGiMIX report is scoped to one project and the materials available near it. Where the evidence supports it, the report includes experimental mix estimates, and it lists what still needs physical testing. An early-development partner report is $500, arranged by email, with contents and terms agreed in writing before payment. Read about LOGiMIX reports · See the free redacted example.
LOGiMIX material-cost map
Experimental material-cost estimates for US study areas, in US dollars per 1,000 lb of nonwater ingredients. They are planning estimates, not delivered quotes. People can view the map free after a human check. Open the map.
M3-CRETE open-hardware printer design
An experimental open-hardware printer reference design for additive construction research, for qualified technical teams in controlled research, laboratory or supervised settings. The design files are open on GitHub, and early-access conversations start with an inquiry. It is not a finished or certified construction printer. Visit m3-crete.com.
What is not included
None of these offers includes engineering sign-off, code-compliance decisions, certification or guaranteed results. Estimates and hardware need trials and physical testing with your materials and equipment, reviewed by qualified professionals.
Important limitation: Public information is educational and informational. It does not establish printability, buildability, pumpability, strength, durability, structural adequacy, safety, code compliance, environmental performance, supplier equivalency, or fitness for a project. Hardware and materials work requires independent design review, hazard analysis, fabrication and commissioning checks, material trials, physical testing, and appropriately qualified professional review.
Data caution: Do not send confidential, personal, export-controlled, safety-critical, or proprietary material through the public site. Data intake begins only after written handling terms are agreed.
